A Group Spiritual Wellness Coaching Experience on July 7 - 30, 2025.

This transformative four-week virtual experience is designed specifically for Black women who are exhausted from the cycle of over-functioning and desire to step into sustainable spiritual wellness. Drawing from the powerful story of Martha and Mary, we'll journey together from recognition to rest, from burnout to breakthrough. Mark your calendars for July 7 - 30, 2025.

  • Weekly Devotional and Mindset Exercises

Every Monday, receive a thoughtfully crafted devotional that weaves together Scripture, Black women's spiritual traditions, and practical wisdom for modern living. Each devotional includes a corresponding spiritual wellness exercise - simple, actionable practices designed to help you embody the week's theme. These aren't overwhelming assignments, but gentle invitations to experience God differently throughout your week.

  • Live Weekly Prayer and Coaching Call

Join us every Wednesday evening for a 60-minute virtual gathering that feels like sitting in your spiritual sister's living room. These calls blend teaching, interactive discussion, guided spiritual practices, and communal prayer. You'll receive coaching on implementing the week's spiritual wellness practices while being held in a circle of prayer with women who understand your journey. Come with your questions, your struggles, and your victories - this is sacred space for real transformation.

  • Community of Participants

Between our weekly calls, you'll have access to a private online community where the conversation continues. This is your place to share insights from your devotional readings, ask for prayer, celebrate breakthroughs, and encourage one another when the journey gets challenging. This isn't just a forum - it's a community that's committed to each other's spiritual growth and wellness. The relationships formed here often become the lasting foundation for continued transformation.

The Flow

Inspired by the story of Mary and Martha, our four weeks will follow an engaging thematic flow.

  • Week 1: "Martha, Martha" - Hearing Jesus Call Your Name

Recognition and invitation to rest. Identifying your patterns of over-functioning while learning to hear Jesus' tender call to come away from busyness.

  • Week 2: "You Are the One Thing" - Learning to Receive & Remember Your Worth

Moving from self-reliance to God-dependence while releasing perfectionism and performance-based identity. Understanding that your value isn't in your work.

  • Week 3: "Choosing the Better Part" - Sacred Stillness

Prioritizing presence over productivity. Creating sustainable rhythms of rest and contemplative practices that honor both your calling and your need for renewal.

  • Week 4: "What Won't Be Taken Away" - Joyful Resistance & Sustainable Practice

Integrating ancestral wisdom with personal spiritual rhythms. Designing lasting practices for continued transformation that honor both rest and resistance.

Testimonials from Previous Participants

“Dr. Guidry is an inspirational and anointed coach. She is authentic and really cares about each person and their journey. She is organized and imaginative. My participation in her program helped me to end a cycle of vocational trauma. She helped me to find hope that I could find or create a space that enabled my thriving.”

Rev. LaThelma Yenn-Batah

“Dr. Guidry’s ability to intimately connect with Black women comes from her personal overcoming. her deep desire for Black women’s flourishing shows throughout her gatherings. i heard her once say, “Black women deserve luxury,” and my life hasn’t been the same.”

Minister Dana Moulds

“Rev. Dr. Neichelle is a midwife with an anointing to speak to the dry bones and ashes of Black women's lives in environments and cultures that are invested in keeping us bound, dead and forgotten. [She created] an environment saturated with the power of the Holy Spirit to bring dead areas back to life and breath hope into those crushed in the spirit. I was blessed to be apart of this cohort and I am excited to see the great things that Spirit will bring out of this gathering! While I anticipate the greatness of the incoming harvest, I can now look back at tears which were sowed in tough seasons with a grace and vision that I did not previously have. If you are ready for change, a new perspective and a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit to transform not only the way that you see your present season but also in the relationship that you have with seasons of making, rebuilding, and refining, I would encourage you to attend one of Rev. Dr. Neichelle's gatherings and be blessed! ”

Elizabeth Peprah-Asare, PhD Candidate

“Dr. Guidry's spiritual space centers the “multi-hyphenate” Black woman. While many religious spaces exist, I don’t know of others curated without limitations or expectations - where one can be fully Black, fully feminine, fully ambitious, fully *fill-in-the-blank*, fully honoring of oneself. Experiencing this sacred space with others with whom I can remain connected was an answer to prayer.”
